The banner read &#8220;Diese Uni rodet W<strong>\u24b6<\/strong>ld&#8221; (this uni cuts forest), in opposition to the proposed clearcutting of the nearby forest of St. Johann (Hanni), which houses the occupation barrio Hanni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After descent and subsequent arrest, Thea was imprisoned in the JVA Saarbr\u00fccken, to await transportation to JVA Willich and eventual prosecution in M\u00f6nchengladbach. Accusations where made that they would have previously assaulted a cop in the vicinity of L\u00fctzerath, a former village that had been occupied, then evicted to make way for an open-pit coal mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After over one and a half months and significant delay, Thea&#8217;s submitted legal identity was acknowledged and they were freed. They have now been free for over two months.
